Warranty Policy

The Nexcell Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries Mountpack and Novacase Series, supplied by Nexcell Technologies PVT LTD and its authorized distributors, are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

For the Pakistan region, the limited warranty period begins on one of the following dates:

1. One year from the production date.
2. The date of activation at the original location by a Nexcell certified installer, referred to as the "Warranty Activation Date."

The warranty covers the following:

1. A period of five years from the Warranty Activation Date.
2. 6,000 discharge cycles with 80% Depth of Discharge (DOD) at 25°C, whichever comes first.

Preconditions for Valid Limited Warranty

• The ambient temperature during operation must not fall below 0°C or exceed 45°C.
• The product should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding -20°C to 60°C.

Installation Requirement

To ensure warranty eligibility, Nexcell products must be installed in strict accordance with the guidelines provided in the accompanying installation manual.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty excludes coverage for any defects or energy capacity shortfalls arising from the following circumstances:

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or force majeure events, including lightning, floods, earthquakes, fires, extreme weather conditions, or other events beyond Nexcell's reasonable control.
• Storage, installation, commissioning, modification, or repair of the product by anyone other than Nexcell or a certified installer.
• Failure to operate or maintain the product in compliance with the provided User Manual.
• Any unauthorized attempt to modify the product, whether physically or through programming, without written consent from Nexcell.
• Relocation of the product without Nexcell's prior written consent.
• Failure of external components such as inverters or chargers.
• Transportation damage, including dropping, deformation, or puncturing of the product.
• Connection of the product with incompatible battery modules.

The Limited Warranty also does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, superficial defects, or any marks that do not affect the product’s functionality.
• Noise or vibration that does not negatively impact the product's performance.
• Damage occurring after the warranty period expires or is otherwise invalidated.
• Theft of the product or any of its components.
