His extensive background encompasses the successful execution of turnkey projects across lead-acid battery manufacturing, lead recycling, and dedicated research & development. Driven by his passion for electrochemistry and sustainable innovation, Mr. Qaisrani has strategically pivoted Nexcell toward next-generation energy storage solutions. He now champions the indigenization of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and Sodium-Ion battery technologies within Pakistan, positioning the company at the forefront of the nation's clean energy transition.
